Rohit Kumar Gupta, the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of Zee Entertainment Enterprises, has decided to step down from his position with immediate effect.
In a regulatory filing, the company said that Gupta’s decision was made for personal reasons.
Consequent to the above and in line with the resource optimisation approach of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee, have considered and approved to promote Mukund Galgali as an acting Chief Financial Officer – Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
Galgali has been with the Group for more than 17 years and is currently spearheading the Commercial and Strategic Initiatives of the Company.
