Ikonz Studios’ Kunal Mukherjee Joins GIFT City As AVP & Head Of Marketing

One of India’s first Operational Smart City and IFSC, GIFT City, has appointed Kunal Mukherjee, who was associated with Ikonz Studios as Head of Business Development for the past one year, as its new AVP and Head of Marketing.

Ikonz Studios’ Kunal Mukherjee Joins GIFT City As AVP & Head Of Marketing

After being associated with Ikonz Studios as Head of Business Development for the past one year, Kunal Mukherjee has now joined GIFT City, one of India’s first Operational Smart City and IFSC, in the capacity of AVP and Head of Marketing.

In his new role at GIFT City, he will not just be responsible for marketing initiatives but shaping the future of financial ecosystems, fostering growth, and creating a world-class business environment comparable to global financial hubs like London, Dubai, and Singapore.

Prior to joining Ikonz Studio in April 2023, Mukherjee was associated with Kool Kanya across several positions. He joined them as Head of Growth in November 2021 and was elevated to the role of Chief Marketing Officer at the company in October 2022.

Before that he was associated with MomsKnowBest as Chief Operating Officer from September 2020 to November 2021, as Country Director- India at TotallyAwesome from July 2018 to September 2020, and as COO at K and U Designer Wear from July 2017 to July 2018.

In the past, he also held significant roles at companies like Miko, The Walt Disney Company, UTV, Times Network and TAM Media Research.

Commenting on his new role, Mukherjee said, “I am honoured to be part of this transformative journey, where we are committed to providing a conducive ecosystem that supports businesses and innovation at every step.”
