Airtel Ends Free Netflix Subscription Offer With Its Xstream Fiber Broadband Plans

| Published on February 5, 2020

Airtel has ended its free Netflix subscription scheme with Xstream fiber broadband plans. The operator has discontinued this benefit and is currently bundling Zee5 Premium, Amazon Prime and its own Xstream services with the broadband plans.

Airtel had launched the free Netflix and Amazon Prime subscription scheme for its fiber users last year. Under this offer, customers on eligible Airtel plans were able to sign up for Netflix and receive the three-month Netflix gift subscription. This discontinuation of the offer was first spotted by TelecomTalk.

“The Netflix Offer for Thanks Platinum customer ends on 15th Jan 2020 & customer will not be able to Avail/claim after 15th Jan 2020” Airtel’s official website reads. The subscribers who have already bought the plans before January 15 will, however, continue to get the Netflix benefit.
