Aniruddha Sinha has joined JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. as Head – Marketing. In his new role, he has taken charge of the company’s marketing function and has been responsible for driving brand strategy, integrated marketing, consumer engagement, communication, and business growth initiatives across the cement brand.

Prior to joining JK Lakshmi Cement, Sinha has served as Senior Vice President – Marketing, PR and Business Head – P2P Toll Manufacturing Business at DryChem India from September 2022 to July 2026.
Before that, he has worked at Mind & Matter India as Strategic Advisory and Growth Consulting from June 2019 to August 2022.
Earlier, Sinha has spent three years at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Between April 2018 and March 2019, he has served as Senior Vice President and Head – Marketing, leading the Lafarge-to-Nuvoco brand transition, IPL partnerships and marketing investments. Prior to that, from April 2016 to March 2018, he has worked as Vice President – Marketing, where he has led country marketing plans, CRM programmes, dealer engagement initiatives and route-to-market strategies.
From March 2012 to March 2016, he has worked as AVP – Marketing at LafargeHolcim, where he has managed integrated branding campaigns, product positioning, consumer engagement platforms and the launch of Duraguard Cement and other premium offerings.
Sinha has also served as Chief Manager – Brand and Events at ABP Group from May 2010 to March 2012. Before that, he has worked as Head – Marketing Operations, Category Marketing and Visual Merchandising at Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday) from August 2008 to April 2010.
Earlier in his career, Sinha has been Controller – Marketing at Spencer’s Retail from July 2006 to July 2008, Market Development Manager at PepsiCo from June 2004 to June 2006, Marketing Manager at Pernod Ricard India from November 2003 to May 2004, Senior Brand Manager at DIAGEO India from September 2001 to November 2003, and Senior Brand Executive at Emami Ltd. from July 1999 to August 2001, where he has handled brand management, consumer marketing, category development, retail strategy and product launches across leading consumer brands.
