Spotify Elevates Dinesh Kumar S To Marketing Regionalisation Lead - SAMEA

After more than two years at Spotify, Dinesh Kumar S has been elevated to Marketing Regionalisation Lead for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa (SAMEA) at the digital music service platform.

He joined the platform in March 2022 as Marketing Lead – Regionalisation. Later, in March 2024, he was promoted to the role of Marketing Lead – Regionalisation and Strategic Initiatives, a role he served till August 2024.

Previously, in his tenure with Britannia Industries, he served in different roles. He joined the company in April 2018 as Group Product Manager – Snacking, Creme Wafers, and Other New Categories. Then, he served as Group Product Manager – Britannia Good Day, from February 2020 to April 2021. Subsequently, he became Category Manager – Premium Creams, from April 2021 to March 2022.

Before this, he was the Senior Brand Manager – Base Horlicks at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, from October 2016 to March 2018. Prior to this, he served as Head – Marketing at iD Fresh Food (India) from March 2016 to October 2016.

In his previous stint with Britannia Industries, he served as Product Manager – Treat, NutriChoice, from September 2012 to March 2016.

In the past, he associated with Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting as Brand Manager – Santoor. In this role, he handled the re-launch of Santoor Chandan with a new marketing mix.
