Rae, on the other hand, had joined Asian Paints in 2005 and since then, has been known for leading the company’s Retail Sales efforts in multiple territories across West and South India.
During the period 2012-2018, he was in-charge of Retail Sales in the entire East Division followed by the South Division and was transferred to the Home Improvement business as General Manager- Sales & Marketing (Bath) in March 2018. And in April 2022, his portfolio was expanded to include the Kitchens business.
