PeopleStrong has appointed Adishri Charla as Senior Vice President – Marketing. In this role, she has been tasked with leading the company’s global brand and marketing strategy, while supporting growth and customer engagement as the HR tech firm expands across India, Asia, the Middle East and other emerging markets.
The development has been shared through an official announcement by the company.
Charla has joined PeopleStrong from UiPath, where she has served in multiple marketing leadership roles, most recently as Director and Head of Marketing for India and SAARC. During her tenure, she has worked on integrated marketing strategies, brand positioning and customer engagement programmes as the company expanded its regional presence.
PeopleStrong has been backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives and has onboarded enterprises across India and the Middle East including Force Motors, Apollo Hospitals, DS Group, Omantel, Al Nabooda Automobiles and NFPC. The company has also received recognition at the ET Human Capital Awards as Technology Solution Provider of the Year and at the People Matters Infini-T Awards as HR Tech Provider of the Year. It has also been named Customers’ Choice of HCM Suites in the Gartner ‘Voice of Customer’ Report for enterprises with over 1000 employees for four consecutive years from 2022 to 2025.
Prior to UiPath, Charla has worked at Oracle India, where she has led go-to-market strategy and marketing programmes for systems and cloud infrastructure offerings. Earlier, she has worked at IBM India focusing on global product marketing and marketing analytics.
