Dalmia Bharat Group has appointed Durairaj M as Chief Commercial Officer at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, strengthening its leadership team as it looks to scale commercial operations. With over 20 years of experience in business leadership, Durairaj’s appointment is expected to support Dalmia Bharat’s growth ambitions in a competitive cement market.

Durairaj joins the company after a stint at Vedanta Limited, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for its Aluminium Business from July 2025 to March 2026. Prior to that, he was CCO at Hindustan Zinc Limited from April 2022 to July 2025.
He has also held the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL) between May 2020 and April 2022. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at TSPL as Associate General Manager (2011–2020), and also worked with Hindustan Zinc as Manager from September 2004 to March 2011.
