Bombay Design Centre Reimagines Dehradun’s 70-Years-Old Sunrise Bakers' Design & Tone Of Voice For New Generation

Entrusted with the responsibility of propelling Dehradun’s infamous 70-years-old bakery brand- Sunrise Bakers into the new digital age, Bombay Design Centre has created a design journey that pays tribute to the timeless appeal of the brand.

As part of the same, the design agency has reimagined the bakery brand’s brand identity, packaging, social media, e-commerce platform, and overall design aiming at integrating Sunrise Bakers into the daily lives of the patrons and harmonising the brand’s heritage with a warm and friendly design as well as tone of voice for the new generation.

Known for its timeless treats- Pista Biscuits and Rusks, Sunrise Bakers has been a cornerstone of the Doonite community and has been cherished by generations for about seven decades now

Commenting on the process of reimagining the legacy bakery brand’s design and tone of voice, Ankur Rander, CEO, Bombay Design Centre, said, “Reimagining a legacy bakery for the new generation was quite exciting for us, the design journey began with a deep dive into the history and essence of Sunrise Bakers, ensuring that every element of the new design honoured the bakery’s rich inheritance. We have aimed to give a holistic transformation that ensures that Sunrise Bakers remains a beloved destination for generations to come.”

To this, Sunrise Bakers’ Rishika Jolly added, “We are immensely proud of our legacy and grateful for the unwavering support of our community, this overhaul is a testament to our commitment to preserving our heritage while embracing the future. Bombay DC is helping us craft the dawn of Sunrise Bakers’ new era. Our enhanced online presence offers an engaging experience for their customers, allowing them to stay connected with us, and share their love for us with the world.”
