Amidst the Coronavirus Pandemic, Anand Mahindra, the owner of the Mahindra Group, tries to keep everyone’s morale high by suggesting how businesses should now focus on building personal relationships with their customers, especially during this time of crisis. It is not only a good business tactic but also speaks volumes on humanitarian grounds.
The novel coronavirus has taken over 6000 lives in the whole world. By far, 2 people have died in India as more and more cases keep coming up. On March 16, he tweeted some ideas that businesses can follow and make the most of this pandemic. He is already known to have a noticeable social media presence. - Prepare a U or even V shaped recovery because who knows how long this crisis will prolong!
