Anand Mahindra Gets Impressed With 72-Yr Woman’s Video, Posts Relatable Tweet

When it comes to using social media, Anand Mahindra is one of those names who are actually know how to interact with modern audience by being active and relatable.

We all know how lazy winters can be. Only few can keep their body fit by exercising during winters and one such video of a 72-year-old lady has inspired Mr. Anand.

Mahindra started the whole thing with a tweet on Wednesday in which he shared a video posted by Manoj Kumar who is the CEO of Naandi Foundation. The video shows 72-year Lauren Bruzzone performing different exercises & manner in which she was carrying out her workout was just amazing.

Manoj Kumar wrote, “This is an inspiring video. #mustwatch This lady will make it difficult for me to skip any of my exercise or yoga sessions hereafter. She has proven again that Age is just a number. My six pack seeking millennial team mates & @naandiliveli have a match now. #WednesdayMotivation”

Anand Mahindra shared the video and accepted that he is feeling lazy after comparing himself to the old lady whom he called Ironwoman. He also said that we should stop making excuses and should ensure that we don’t miss the exercise regime.
