Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Appoints Jaskaran Bir Singh As Business Head, Simon Carter

With nearly 12 years of experience across fashion retail, licensing, brand management and business development, Jaskaran Bir Singh has been appointed Business Head for Simon Carter at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands.

Aditya Birla Appoints Jaskaran Bir Singh As Business Head, Simon Carter

Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands has appointed Jaskaran Bir Singh as Business Head, Simon Carter, effective February 2026. He will be responsible for building Simon Carter’s business in India across all sales channels, overseeing brand strategy, design, product, buying and merchandising, and retail operations.

He announced this move via a linkedin post. 

Prior to this, Singh spent nearly five years at Myntra, most recently serving as Associate Director, Chief of Staff from October 2024 to February 2026, where he worked on strategic projects for the House of Brands, including monetisation, growth, Myntra Ads and cross-border initiatives. 

Earlier, he was Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and before that Deputy Director, Brand Management and Business Development, where he led the 0–1 journey for licensed brands French Connection and Kenneth Cole across online and offline channels for the Flipkart Group, with responsibility for portfolio P&L and revenue. He also led business development for the licensing charter, onboarding national and international brands through long-term partnerships.

Before Myntra, Singh was Senior Manager, Business Development at Flipkart from June 2020 to April 2021.

Earlier in his career, he spent over four years at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail in multiple roles across Van Heusen. As Product Manager – Menswear, he handled suits, blazers and trousers with an annual budget of Rs 253 Cr and managed product lines across eight distribution channels. He also served as Area Business Manager for Delhi NCR and Rajasthan, managing an annual business of Rs 54 Cr across 17 stores, and as Area Business Manager for UP and Bihar, overseeing an annual business of Rs 28 Cr and leading retail expansion initiatives.

Singh began his professional career as Associate Software Engineer at HARMAN International, where he worked on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto projects within the infotainment division.
