3. Robotic company raises $820-million funding from Tencent

Chinese robotic company UBTECH has raised $820 million in series C lead funding lead by Tencent. The company said that the funding will go into R&D, and expansion to the global market.

4. M&M to acquire a stake in Canada tech startup

Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd has offered to invest $5.17 million for a 10% stake in Canadian technology firm Resson Aerospace Corp. The deal is expected to complete by 10 May 2018.

5. Bezos’ Blue Origin reaches 107km in its highest test
