Shaleen Ashdhir has joined Atin Promotions & Advertising as Chief Business Officer. In this role, he has been responsible for driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding premium aviation and airport media opportunities for brands across India and key global markets.
Ashdhir has shared the update about his appointment in a post on LinkedIn, where he has expressed enthusiasm about the new role and acknowledged Atin Promotions and Advertising for the opportunity.
Prior to this, Ashdhir has been serving as Chief Business Officer at ATINOOH since February 2026. Before that, he was Vice President and National Sales Head at #NextBigHub | Laqshya Hyderabad Airport Media from November 2024 to December 2025. Earlier, he spent a brief stint at Magicbricks as National Head – Ad Sales from June 2024 to October 2024.
Before moving into these roles, Ashdhir had a long tenure at Disney Star spanning over nine years from November 2014 to April 2024. During this period, he held multiple leadership roles including Cluster Head for Star Gold 2, Star Gold Romance, Star Gold Thrills, National Geographic and Fox Life between November 2022 and April 2024. Prior to that, he served as Cluster Head – Star Utsav Movies and Star English for West and South from February 2022 to November 2022.
His earlier positions at the company also included Region Head – Star Movies and Star World (West) from June 2021 to February 2022, Region Head – Star Movies and Star World (South) from August 2020 to May 2021, Region Head – Star World from August 2019 to July 2020, and Region Head – National Geographic Channel from March 2019 to July 2019. He initially joined Disney Star in November 2014 in the ad sales team for the Star English portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Ashdhir worked at Radio City India for over four years between March 2010 and November 2014. He served as Senior Key Account Manager – Brand Activation from March 2010 to February 2014 and later as Senior Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales from February 2014 to November 2014. Prior to that, he worked as Channel Development Specialist at Directi from May 2007 to April 2008, focusing on business development, client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
