Remember Nerolac’s Old Jingle? It Is Back But With A Funky Twist

The festival time in India has started and this is the time when houses are cleaned and painted to give them a new, beautiful and colorful look. One name that comes in our mind whenever we think of painting our premises is Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. (KNPL). Nerolac paints are very close to heart as they are ones who came up with “Healthy Home Paints” and for years now, they have been giving our houses a wonderful look.

The Nerolac jingle “Jab ghar ki raunka badhani ho” has been pretty effective in attracting customers and can easily be called as one of the best jingles that we have heard ever.

Recently, Nerolac Paints and JAM8, which is music director Pritam’s musical platform, came together to do something that has never been done in the showbiz industry. They used Nerolac’s jingle as the base and recreated a melodious song titled as “Ghar Ki Ranauk”. Listen to it right now;

The song is created keeping in mind the taste of the youth and during the song, there are some moments that take us back into the good old days. The song has been recorded in 8 Indian languages – Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali. Recording the song in so many languages can be understood by the fact that Nerolac has a wide reach and it is being used by Indians in all the states. The singers who recorded the song are – Nakash Aziz, Jonita Gandhi (Hindi), Antara Mitra (Bengali), Gayathri Ashokan (Malayalam) and Shalmali Kholgade (Marathi).

The song talks about the moments when all the members of a family come together in festivals to spend quality time and cherish their memories for a lifetime. It also talks about little but important things like the last piece of sweet, a memorable selfie with our loved ones, bright smile that comes on our faces after seeing lightings, fun during holidays and a lot more. There is no denying the fact that a beautiful background plays a major role in making our memories colorful and there can be nothing better than a good paint like Nerolac for our pleasant memories to shine forever!
