PHD India Leads Integrated Media Mandate For Watertec India

PHD India has been appointed following a multi-agency pitch and will handle strategy, planning, and buying for Watertec India, the plumbing and bathroom solutions brand.

PHD India Leads Integrated Media Mandate For Watertec India

PHD India, part of the Omnicom Media Group, has been selected to manage the integrated media mandate for Watertec India, one of the country’s established providers of end-to-end plumbing and bathroom solutions. The appointment has followed a competitive multi-agency pitch process.

The agency has now assumed responsibility for Watertec’s media strategy, planning, and buying, operating out of its Mumbai office. PHD India has committed to a full-funnel marketing and media approach, leveraging its expertise in data and technology-driven services to strengthen Watertec’s brand presence and drive growth.

Founded in 1997 in Coimbatore, Watertec has pioneered engineering polymer bath fittings in India and has expanded into a complete solutions provider across Polymer Bathware, Pipes & Fittings, CP Fittings, and Sanitaryware. The company has over 28 years of market presence, 34 branches across India, more than 34,000 channel partners, and produces 40+ million units annually, continuing to innovate with performance-focused, durable, and water-efficient solutions.

Speaking about the partnership, Mathew Job, Executive Chairman at Watertec India, said, “The partnership with PHD will help sharpen our marketing and media approach. As awareness around better living environments rises and we continue on our mission to revolutionise bath spaces, it is vital for us to take a holistic media approach to drive the next stage of our growth.
