Media.Monks India Onboards G.O.A.T Brand Labs’ Shouvik Roy As Head-Business Transformation

After being associated with G.O.A.T Brand Labs as Chief of Brand Marketing for more than two years now, Shouvik Roy has now joined Media.Monks India as Head-Business Transformation. Alongside this, he will continue to lead Brand Marketing at G.O.A.T Brand Labs in a consultative capacity.

Media.Monks India has onboarded Shouvik Roy, who was associated with G.O.A.T Brand Labs as its Chief of Brand Marketing for the past more than two years, as the Head- Business Transformation to spearhead the creative and tech-native company’s business transformation as it ushers into a new era of growth and innovation.

In his new role, he will play a pivotal role in orchestrating transformative strategies, tailored to fuelling the expansion of the diverse clientele at Media.Monks India. Additionally, he will be working closely with Robert Godinho, Managing Director, Media.Monks India, who was promoted to drive the company’s renewed focus on growth in the Indian market.

Prior to assuming the role of Chief of Brand Marketing at G.O.A.T Brand Labs, Roy was associated with Ogilvy as President for close to two-and-a-half years, between December 2019 and April 2022. And along with his new role at the creative and tech-native company, he will continue to lead Brand Marketing for the brand in a consultative capacity.

Before joining G.O.A.T Brand Labs, he also served as Co-Founder/ Director/ Senior Partner at Brand Planet/ Elephant/ YAAP over a course of more than a decade, from July 2008 to December 2019.

In the past, he was also associated with Alchemist Brand Consulting, GE Capital- SBI JV, Mudra Communications and HCL Hewlett Packard.
