Kaushik V Takes Over As Vice President – Marketing At Emami

Kaushik V has taken charge as Vice President – Marketing at Emami, as per a LinkedIn update. He was most recently Business Head – Relief Oils, Talc and Skincare at the company from July 2022 to March 2025, managing brands including Navratna, Navratna Talc, DermiCool and Creme 21.

He announced this move via LinkedIn.

Before joining Emami, he served as Vice President – New Business at Quess Corp from May 2021 to July 2022, where he launched the QuessCare brand and scaled operations across D2C, online and retail channels. From April 2020 to April 2021, he worked as an independent consultant, advising startups on go-to-market strategy and capital raising.

Earlier, he co-founded Zenuine Retail Solutions from April 2017 to March 2020 and Holy Gow Business Solutions from January 2014 to March 2020, both focused on marketing strategy and retail execution.

He previously held leadership roles at Philips as General Manager – Consumer Marketing from April 2011 to December 2013, and at Nokia from August 2007 to March 2011 across sales and retail marketing. He began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he worked in consumer and market knowledge from May 2004 to July 2007.
