IGP Blends Nostalgia & Futurism In Its “Amazing Gifts, Samay Par” Campaign

An international gifting platform IGP has launched its latest campaign, “Amazing Gifts, Samay Par”. The campaign’s centerpiece, a quirky ad film, transports viewers to a nostalgic version of the future- a world where robots resemble the 1990s vision of tomorrow.

This playful homage to retro-futurism highlights IGP’s unwavering commitment to helping couples celebrate their anniversaries with thoughtful and perfectly timed gifts. Anniversaries are more than just a date; they are a celebration of love and commitment. In India, marriage registrations are on the rise, with over 35 to 38 lakh marriages taking place monthly, as reported by the Confederation of All India Traders (Cait). Anniversaries hold a special place as cherished milestones of togetherness.

To enhance this messaging, IGP has unveiled a new ad film with a quirky twist, set in a futuristic robotic era. The story follows a couple who quarrel when the husband forgets their anniversary. Thankfully, IGP steps in, enabling them to surprise each other with a perfectly timed and fantastic gift. The film highlights how thoughtful gifting can strengthen relationships- today, tomorrow, and even in a robotic future.

The ad reflects the growing importance of anniversaries, a sentiment mirrored by IGP’s 30% increase in engagement on its anniversary page over the past year. Be it the nostalgic robotics era of the past or the futuristic world ahead, IGP remains committed to enhancing celebrations by offering curated gifts and services like 30-minute delivery and midnight surprises. Moments of conflict, like the couple’s quarrel in the film, can be swiftly resolved with thoughtful and timely gifting, bringing loved ones closer, no matter the era.

Through this campaign, IGP not only celebrates the joy of anniversaries but also the beauty of shared memories and lifelong commitments.
