Heeru Dingra Moves On From Dentsu India After Nine Years

Following a nine-year long stint with Dentsu India, Heeru Dingra, CEO, Isobar Group (Isobar, WATConsult, Perfect Relations), is now parting ways with the agency.

She had joined Dentsu India’s WATConsult as CFO and CHRO in May 2011 and was elevated to the role of CEO in January 2020.

Post that, when Dentsu India merged the three entities- Isobar, WATConsult and Perfect Relations, in June 2021, she was named the CEO of Dentsu India‘s Isobar Group and helped in guiding the agency to prominence in the digital landscape.

Her subsequent role as Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Dentsu Creative India highlighted her skill in nurturing growth, cultivating excellence, and fostering client relationships across a variety of brands.

Before joining Dentsu India, she was the Regional Head at ICICI Bank as Regional Head for a period of three-and-a-half years, starting January 2008.

Prior to that, she was also associated with Indiabulls Group and Citi for more than one year each.

Reflecting on Dingra’s departure from Dentsu India, Harsha Razdan, CEO- South Asia, Dentsu, stated-

“From laying the foundation of WATConsult, anchoring its acquisition by Dentsu, to witnessing its evolution into one of the largest digital agencies in the network, it’s been an extraordinary 13-year journey. The acquisition by Dentsu marks a significant milestone in WATConsult’s history propelling us far beyond our humble beginnings and making the journey incredibly rewarding and fulfilling.”

She also went on to add-

“I’m deeply grateful to the leadership team at Dentsu India (then and now) for fostering an environment that feels like home, instrumental in shaping my growth and journey within the network over the past nine years. Moving forward, I carry a profound sense of pride and cherish memories of working with talented individuals at WATConsult, Isobar, Perfect Relations, Dentsu Webchutney and other agencies now under the umbrella of Dentsu Creative.”
