GroupM Elevates Bharat Rajamani To Managing Partner- Growth, Acceleration

GroupM has elevated Bharat Rajamani from the position of Managing Partner- Key Projects to Managing Partner- Growth, Acceleration.

In his new role, he will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for Acceleration by targeting non-GroupM clients, GroupM’s emerging client cluster, and clients in the Sri Lanka market. He will also support overall growth by managing the pipeline, reporting, and monitoring topline revenue, while creating rate cards for services and commercial models. His role includes handling marketing initiatives for Acceleration, such as industry and client events.

He took to LinkedIn to announce the same.

Prior to this, he was associated with GetaFixM (formerly known as Butterscotchmango India) as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder and held the position for over four years, starting from June 2020 to September 2024.

From February 2018 to June 2020, Rajamani was associated with KPMG India as Partner, Risk Consulting, Advisory Services.

Before this, he worked at EY as Executive Director and Solution Leader- Marketing and Advertising Risk Services (MARS) and held the role for over one year. He initially joined the company in November 1996 as Audit Assistant, a role he held until March 1998. From April 1998 to March 2001, he worked as Associate Consultant. He was later promoted to Consultant, a position he held for over two years. Subsequently, from October 2003 to September 2006, he worked as Senior Consultant.

Later, he was elevated to the role of Manager, from October 2006 to September 2009. Between October 2009 and September 2011, he worked as Senior Manager. After this, he was promoted to the role of Associate Director and Solution Leader- Marketing and Advertising Risk Services (MARS) and held the role for three years. From October 2014 to June 2016, Rajamani worked as Director and Solution Leader- Marketing and Advertising Risk Services (MARS).

In the past, he was also associated with M/s Parihar and Sonpar as Audit Assistant, from June 1994 to October 1996.
