Frodoh World Onboards Ex-Wunderman Thompson CEO Shamsuddin Jasani As Strategic Advisor

One of India’s leading AdTech firm, Frodoh World, has onboarded Shamsuddin Jasani, who served as the CEO of Wunderman Thompson South Asia (today’s VML) for a period of more than two years ended January 2021, as a strategic advisor. In his new role, he will help Frodoh World in business expansion, launching its Digital Retail Media platform, propelling product innovation, etc.

Frodoh World Onboards Ex-Wunderman Thompson CEO Shamsuddin Jasani As Strategic Advisor

After serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Wunderman Thompson South Asia, which recently merged with VMLY&R to form WPP’s newly rechristened entity- VML, for a period of more than two years ended January 2023, Shamsuddin Jasani (aka Shams) has now joined Frodoh World, as a Strategic Advisor.

In his new role at the AdTech firm which is known to provide cutting-edge solutions in the CTV ecosystem, Shams will help Frodoh World in driving product innovation and scale its businesses by expanding both locally and globally whilst capitalizing on emerging market opportunities, starting this month.

With his deep understanding of cross-border markets and strategic insights, he will also play a pivotal role in helping Frodoh World launch its Digital Retail Media Platform.

Before joining Wunderman Thompson South Asia in November 2021, Shams was associated with Dentsu as South Asia Head- Taproot and Isobar from January 2021 to October 2021.

He had launched Isobar in India in August 2008 and served across various roles in addition to being the agency’s Managing Director including Practice Head- Media and Programmatic APAC, Group MD South Asia and Consulting South Asia Head.

Prior to launching Isobar, he was the Executive Sponsor at AMNET India, Amnet Programmatic Experts for Dentsu Aegis Network from January 2017 to October 2021; Business Head-Digital at Hungama from February 2006 to August 2008; Senior Manager at Mediaturf Worldwide from May 2003 to February 2006 and Executive- Alliances at Apnaloan India from April 2001 to March 2003.

Expressing his views on the development, Jasani, Strategic Advisor, Frodoh World, stated, “I am really excited about the work we are doing at Frodoh World in bringing innovation to the ad tech space. Frodoh World is at the forefront of the Connected TV revolution, I am excited about working with Russhabh and his team on not only the Connected TV space but also the Digital Retail Media space and many more such avenues that will revolutionize our industry and our offering to clients.”
