FCB/SIX India Onboards Gagan Prabhakar As VP, CX Operations & Arun Iyer As Senior Director, CRM

FCB/SIX India has appointed Gagan Prabhakar, ex-GM Marketing at Dhani Stocks (Indiabulls Group), as its new Vice President- CX Operations, and Mirum India's Strategy Lead Arun Iyer as its new Senior Director- CRM.

FCB/SIX India has appointed Gagan Prabhakar as Vice President- CX Operations and Arun Iyer as Senior Director- CRM.

While Prabhakar will lead functions such as CRM, Web Strategy and Content in his new role, Iyer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of personalisation, data-backed strategies, and managing the CRM team for delivering omnichannel customer experiences for the agency’s clients.

Before joining FCB/SIX India as VP- CX Operations, Prabhakar was associated with Dhani Stocks (Indiabulls Group) for a period of close to six years, ending January 2024. He joined them as Head of Retail Marketing in April 2018 and last served the role of General Manager- Marketing at the company.

Before that, he also worked with the HDFC Bank for about 11 years, taking on various roles like Relationship Manager, Imperia Client Relationship Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, and Area Head – Marketing.

On the other hand, Iyer who has joined FCB/Six India from Mirum India, was associated with the WPP Company for more than five-and-a-half years. He joined them in May 2018 as Assistant Account Manager and was elevated to the roles stranging from Senior Account Manager, Strategy Consultant and Lead Strategy Consultant. Prior to that, he was with The Walt Disney Company.

Sharing his excitement on the development, Prabhakar, said, “I’m thrilled to be part of FCB/SIX India and FCB Kinnect and I believe in the company’s philosophy of Growth, Glory, and Guts. I’m confident that by leveraging a data- centric approach and our innovative solutions across web-verticals, we can help our clients achieve significant growth in the digital landscape.”

To this, Iyer added, “I’m all geared up to join FCB/SIX India and leverage my passion for data-driven strategies, to build meaningful customer relationships and drive business results. Given the agency’s culture of innovation, I look forward to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, ensuring we continue to set new benchmarks for excellence in connecting brands with their audiences in the most impactful ways.”

Sharing his views on the two appointments, Rohan Mehta, CEO, FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX India, said, “Welcoming Gagan and Arun aboard will synergise creativity and technology, bringing exceptional customer experiences (CX) across all our client offerings, to further strengthen our focus on using ‘creativity as an economic multiplier’.”

Ankit Banga, CBO, FCB/SIX India, mentioned, “At FCB/SIX India, we understand the power that creativity, data, and technology together possess in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The inclusion of Gagan and Arun strengthens our CX division, enriching it with their data proficiency and extensive experience in large-scale CRM campaigns across finance, healthcare, and the QSR sectors. Additionally, we are enhancing our Salesforce capabilities to better serve a significant portion of our clientele.”
