The culture of dance in India has been strong and colorful, with our country being home to a variety of folk dances. Many people also learn various other dance forms, in a bid to express their emotions through this beautiful medium. Many others use it to stay fit.

Today, a lot of dance influencers are ruling the roost, with scores of people following them on various social media handles. Many of them are well-known choreographers or have appeared in Bollywood movies or are training others in their dance form.

Let’s check a few famous Indian dance influencers you should follow.

He has collaborated with celebs like Sara Ali Khan, Badshah, and Riteish Deshmukh. Love Your Country and The Kidnapping remain his most well-known pieces.

The self-taught dancer worked as an investment banker before turning to dance full-time. Today with 2.1M followers on Instagram, Melvin Louis is one of India’s favorite dance influencers.

4. Akash Thapa

Known by his stage name Naughty Thapa, 18-year-old Akash was among the four finalists of Super Dancer season 2.

5. Sonali Bhadauria

6.Anisha Babbar

7. BFunk
