Bilal Khiyani Joins Initiative As Senior Business Director

Bilal Khiyani has started a new role as Senior Business Director at Initiative (Omnicom Media), marking a significant step forward in his media and communications career. In his new role at Initiative, Khiyani will be responsible for driving business strategy, client partnerships, and integrated media solutions. 

Khiyani announced the news via LinkedIn. 

Prior to this, he was associated with Publicis Groupe, where he most recently served as Groupe Solutions Director from August 2024 to March 2026. 

He earlier held roles as Planning Director from January 2023 to August 2024 and Associate Director from March 2022 to December 2022, contributing to strategic media planning and integrated solutions.

Before joining Publicis Groupe, he built his foundation at Starcom, progressing through multiple roles including Senior Manager – Planning from December 2021 to March 2022, Planning Manager from July 2021 to December 2021, and Assistant Planning Manager from July 2020 to June 2021. He has also served as a Senior Media Planner from July 2019 to June 2020, after serving as a Media Buyer from January 2018 to June 2019, and starting out as a Management Trainee from August 2017 to January 2018.
