BHIVE Workspace has appointed Milind Soman as its brand ambassador to strengthen its focus on fitness-led workspaces. The company has aligned the partnership with its campus coworking model that combines workspaces with sports infrastructure, recreational facilities, and community-driven environments.
The association has reflected BHIVE’s approach to integrating fitness and wellness into workplace design. The company has positioned its campuses as spaces that support productivity alongside physical activity, with facilities such as running clubs, sports courts, and community tournaments already in place.
BHIVE has also expanded its community-led initiatives by setting a target to enable over 50 members to participate in Ironman 70.3 Goa in 2026. The appointment has further highlighted the company’s focus on building a fitness-oriented workplace culture, with both the brand and its ambassador sharing a background in endurance sports.
The development has come as workplace trends have shifted towards hybrid models, wellness integration, and experience-led environments, particularly among enterprises and Global Capability Centres. BHIVE has aimed to position its campus model as a response to these evolving demands by focusing on lifestyle-driven workspaces.
“Running BHIVE is not just a business for me, it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in people’s lives. We have always believed a workspace should support how people live, move, and show up every day. When we sat down to think about who could truly represent that vision, there was only one name. Milind Soman is one of the people who put Ironman on the map in India, long before endurance sports went mainstream. That kind of pioneering spirit is exactly what BHIVE stands for. I completed Ironman 70.3 Goa last year and I am going back this year, with a much larger BHIVE community alongside me. With Milind now part of the BHIVE family, that movement is only going to get bigger.” — Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder & CEO, BHIVE Workspace
“My first interaction with Shesh and the BHIVE team left a lasting impression. Their commitment to fitness and health are deeply aligned with my own values that extend into every aspect of life. What drew me to BHIVE is that they are not just talking about fitness, they are building fitness, discipline, and consistency into the very infrastructure of work. Running clubs, endurance targets, sports facilities inside office campuses, this is a fundamentally different idea of what a workplace should be. I’m proud to be associated with a brand that has the courage to think differently.” — Milind Soman
