Arte Mediatech has secured the creative and digital mandate for Vahan.ai, an AI-powered recruitment marketplace focused on connecting India’s blue-collar workforce with employment opportunities.
Under the mandate, Arte Mediatech has taken responsibility for the brand’s creative strategy and digital communications, including content planning and integrated campaigns across multiple platforms. The partnership has been aimed at strengthening Vahan’s brand presence as the company continues to expand its AI-led recruitment platform across industries.
The agency has been entrusted with creative planning and end-to-end digital marketing strategy, managing Vahan’s presence across digital channels to engage both job seekers and employer partners.
Vahan has been leveraging AI-assisted workflows to help companies recruit workers while reducing operational overheads and dependency on multiple hiring vendors. The platform has also been using machine learning technology to streamline recruitment processes and improve worker retention.
According to the company, the platform has helped improve workforce supply in challenging markets and has reduced turnaround times by over 20%, enabling faster onboarding during peak hiring periods.
