Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan may be a OnePlus ambassador, but he’s a Samsung Galaxy user from long. When his Samsung S9 began to show some problems that he didn’t have any idea about, he posted on Twitter begging for help. As expected, Twitterati were ready to help him but with some really hilarious responses.

Amitabh tweeted “HELP !! Samsung S9 not functioning .. Samsung logo is on front screen, and is blinking again and again .. nothing else happens .. changed it .. let it be .. tried to close it does not close either ..
HELP … someone please guide me as to what I should de ..”

Then came his fans, who were happy to provide their input, however, whether helpful or otherwise.

Companies know that Twitter complaints are something that modern customers pay attention to before buying new smartphones. Xiaomi India VP Manu Kumar Jain tried taking advantage of the situation and offered BIG B to switch to Xiaomi.

This isn’t the first incident when Manu Kumar Jain has offered free Xiaomi phones to people complaining about their smartphones. Previously, he has offered Xiaomi phone CommonFloor cofounder and Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma wh complaint about their iPhones.
