Solitario Partners Warner Bros. Discovery To Launch Tom & Jerry & DC Universe Diamond Jewellery In India

Solitario has partnered with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) to launch a fine diamond jewellery collection inspired by Tom & Jerry and the DC Universe in India. The partnership has marked Solitario’s entry into licensed pop-culture jewellery through lab-grown diamonds.

The collections have been unveiled at a launch event in Mumbai and have featured over 20 handcrafted pieces inspired by characters and symbols from the two franchises. The jewellery has been designed over six months and crafted by master karigars using 18K vermeil gold, micro-pavé diamonds, 3D character modelling and engraving techniques.

The Tom & Jerry range has included earrings, pendants, bracelets and rings designed for everyday wear, while the DC Universe collection has featured pieces inspired by characters such as Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and The Flash. The collections have been positioned as licensed fine jewellery offerings targeted at Indian consumers.

The launch event has been attended by brand representatives, industry stakeholders, celebrities and influencers, marking the debut of the collections in the Indian market.

Commenting on the launch, Ricky Vasandani, MD of Solitario, emphasized the brand’s strategic vision and said, “This collaboration is the ultimate fusion of purpose and pop culture. We are not just creating jewellery; we are embedding the pure, ethical brilliance of lab-grown diamonds into the timeless stories of DC Universe and Tom & Jerry. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP), we are giving fans a guilt-free way to wear their fandom, proving that the most sustainable luxury can also be the most fun and aspirational.”
