SYSKA Group’s Amit Sethiya Joins Polycab India As Lead- Category Marketing- B2C

Amit Sethiya has joined Polycab India as Lead- Category Marketing- B2C.

In this role, he will be responsible for further strengthening the company’s FMEG (Fast Moving Electrical Goods) business and creating sharper marketing narratives.

Before this, he was associated with SYSKA Group as Head of Marketing from June 2016 to September 2024. In this position, he spearheaded the deliverables for the company’s FMEG products like LED, personal care appliances, mobile accessories, wires and cables, home appliances, and smart home products segments.

Before this, he was associated with TATA Housing from September 2010 to May 2016. In his tenure with the company, he managed the brand across Mumbai and Pune and led penetration into cities like Chennai within India and neighbouring countries like Maldives and Sri Lanka, among other things.

In the past, he served as Manager- Corporate Communications with a real estate group in Mumbai. In this role, he developed corporate brand management processes and standards and developed and implemented scalable tracking, analysis, and reporting tools for communications activities.

He took to LinkedIn to announce the same, and wrote, “I hope to receive continued support, guidance and love from all my connections, mentors and friends in my latest role as well to achieve new professional milestones.”

“Looking forward to integrating and collaborating with the talented teams within the organisation and beyond which will empower me to contribute towards the very brand purpose of connecting all to a brighter, safer and greener future,” he added.
