In a bid to strengthen its creative leadership, one of Publicis Groupe India’s creative agencies- Publicis India has appointed Aman Mannan and Shitu Patil as Joint National Creative Directors (NCDs).
In their new roles, the duo will lead the creative vision for all brands at Publicis India and also leverage their expertise to lead the agency’s creative vision across all offices in the country.
Both Mannan and Patil will report to Oindrila Roy, Managing Director, Publicis India.
Before joining Publicis India, Mannan was working as a Creative Consultant, Screenwriter, Writer and Advertising Creative Director for the past seven years during which he worked on brands such as P&G, Unilever, Myntra.com, JBL, Reliance Stores, Inorbit, Future Brands Retail, Infosys, Bajaj Finserv, BPCL etc.
Prior to that, he also worked as Group Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett from January 2015 to February 2017; Executive Creative Director at DDB Mudra Group from October 2010 to December 2014; Creative Director at McCann Erickson from January 2004 to October 2010 and as a Copywriter at Interface Communications from March 2001 to November 2003.
Similarly, before taking up the role of Joint NCD alongside Mannan, Patil was the National Head Of Art and ECD at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi since July 2022.
From August 2012 to August 2022, she also ran her own strategic design and brand transformation studio, Plus One Design as Co-Founder and Creative Head.
In her earlier stint with Publicis, she served as the Associate Creative Director- Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle at Publicis Worldwide India from January 2008 to August 2012; Creative Consultant at- FMCG and Retail at Lowe Lintas from August 2004 to December 2007 and Senior Visualiser- FCB Ulka from July 2001 to July 2004.
