Finding the right job for you is not an easy task. People have to go through multiple rounds of interviews and that too n number of times at different companies to finally land that one job they have been looking forward to.
While there are many rounds that determine if you are suitable for the job or not, a resume surely puts on the first impression.
People pour in all their creative aspects on that piece of paper, briefing about educational and professional efficiency. No matter how many skills and degrees one may have, one always wants their CV to look apart from the rest.
In that spirit, people have been coming up with some of the most interesting and unique ways to build their CVs.
A LinkedIn user Aditya Sharma, who is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at HiCounselor has made it to the news for his resume.
The resume looks like a design of Google search results with education and work experience as the sub-headings. The template also had search bars and links that displayed his educational background and skills. One can also notice the design is made in the dark mode of Google Chrome.
While sharing his resume on LinkedIn, Aditya wrote how he always dreamed of working with Google but has been unable to since they are very selective with their hiring. To attract the recruiter’s attention, he came up with a creative version of a Google dark-theme resume.
Before this, Aditya had also posted a creative resume for Netflix and tried to attract their recruiter with a different approach.
