Colgate-Palmolive (India) has approved the re-appointment of Jacob Sebastian Madukkakuzy as Whole-Time Director & Chief Financial Officer for a further term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
His renewed tenure will commence on October 28, 2026 and continue until October 27, 2031.
Madukkakuzy has been associated with Colgate for over 30 years, having joined the company in 1995 in the Continuous Improvement Group. Over the course of his career, he has held several finance leadership positions across Colgate-Palmolive Company subsidiaries in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, in addition to roles at the company’s Asia Pacific division headquartered in Hong Kong.
Before taking over as Whole-Time Director & Chief Financial Officer at Colgate-Palmolive (India), he served as Finance Director of Colgate-Palmolive Malaysia. In his current role, Madukkakuzy oversees the company’s overall financial leadership responsibilities, including investor relations.
He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai.
