Netflix has appointed Nikita Arya as Manager, Marketing – Film & Series. With experience spanning FMCG, automotive, sportswear and consumer brands, Arya now joins Netflix’s film and series marketing team as the company continues to strengthen its content and brand marketing efforts in India.
She announced the update via her LinkedIn.
Prior to the new role, Arya served as Integrated Marketing Manager at The Coca-Cola Company from April 2023 to March 2026.
Before Coca-Cola, she spent 4 years and 7 months at adidas across brand marketing roles for adidas and Reebok. She served as Brand Manager – adidas from March 2022 to March 2023, Brand Manager – Reebok from October 2019 to February 2022, and Assistant Brand Manager – Reebok from September 2018 to September 2019.
In June 2018, Arya briefly joined Unilever as Senior Brand Executive, a role she held until September 2018.
Prior to that, she spent 2 years and 9 months at Audi India. Her tenure included roles as Deputy Manager from April 2018 to June 2018, Assistant Marketing Manager from November 2016 to June 2018, and Assistant Manager – Experiential Marketing from October 2015 to November 2016.
Arya also worked with HCL Technologies as Senior Executive, Strategic Marketing, where she worked from May 2014 to June 2015. She has also been associated with organisations like Red Bull, Jobeestan.com, AIESEC, and Oxfam.
