Myntra Elevates Puja Rizal To Deputy Director- Brand Partnership & Monetisation

Puja Rizal has been promoted to Deputy Director – Brand Partnership and Monetisation at Myntra. In her new role, she has been responsible for leading brand partnerships and monetisation strategies, driving advertising revenue growth, shaping go-to-market plans, and collaborating across product, technology, and business teams to strengthen advertiser outcomes and platform scale.

She has shared the update through a LinkedIn post, announcing her elevation within the organisation.

Prior to this, she has been associated with Myntra for close to five years. She has served as Deputy Director – Brand Partnership and Monetisation since April 2026. Before this, she has worked as Senior Manager – Brand Partnership and Monetisation from April 2023 to March 2026, where she has led cross-functional teams, driven advertising strategies, and contributed to revenue growth through GMV expansion and partner-led initiatives. Earlier, she held the role of Manager – Brand Partnership and Monetisation at Myntra from July 2021 to March 2023, focusing on advertiser relationships, data-driven marketing strategies, and business growth opportunities.

Before joining Myntra, Rizal has worked at ByteDance as Partnerships Manager from March 2020 to February 2021, where she has driven ad revenues and developed digital advertising solutions. She has also been Manager – Ad Sales at Zee Entertainment Enterprises from September 2018 to March 2020, handling sales across channels such as Zee Cinema, Zing, ETC Bollywood, Zee Bollywood, and Zee Anmol Cinema.

Earlier in her career, she has been associated with Star TV Network for over two years, holding multiple roles in ad sales between May 2016 and September 2018, where she has worked across channels including Star Movies, Star World, National Geographic, Fox Life, and Star Gold. She began her career at Radio City India, where she worked from June 2013 to May 2016, initially as Associate – Sales and Activation and later as Account Manager – Sales and Activation, focusing on ad sales delivery, campaign performance, and business development.
