Enormous has appointed Ananya Varma as Strategist Planning Director. In her new role, she has been responsible for strengthening the agency’s strategic planning capabilities and contributing to culture-led brand strategies.
Prior to this, Varma has worked at Droga5 UK, where she has played a role in developing culturally-driven campaigns and shaping brand narratives. She has built a portfolio of work across brands such as Lidl, LEGO, IT Cosmetics, Woodies, SkinCeuticals, Kerrygold, Allied Irish Banks, Smyths Toys, and Dublin Bus.
She has generated over 1 billion impressions through her work and has received recognition at industry platforms including the Clios, D&AD, Webby People’s Voice, ICAD, and Ad Net Zero Awards. Varma holds an MSc in Marketing with distinction from Trinity College Dublin and has begun her career at BBC StoryWorks.
