Arun Pattabhiraman has stepped down from his role as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Sprinklr after nearly four years with the company.
He has shared the update on LinkedIn, announcing his decision to step down from the position after close to four years with the US-listed customer experience management platform.
Prior to this, he served as an Advisor at ThoughtSpot from June 2024 to June 2025. Earlier, he was Chief Growth Officer at Freshworks from November 2018 to April 2022.
Before that, he was CMO – Hotstar International at Hotstar from October 2017 to July 2018 in Mumbai. Pattabhiraman also spent nearly seven years at InMobi in multiple leadership roles between January 2011 and October 2017, including Chief Marketing Officer from July 2015 to October 2017, Director of Product Marketing from March 2014 to June 2015, Global Head of Developer Marketing from August 2012 to February 2014, and Business Development Manager – Mobile Payments & Developer Solutions from January 2011 to July 2012.
Earlier in his career, he worked at Bharti Airtel as Manager, Marketing – Usage and Retention from January 2009 to January 2011 and as Assistant Manager, Sales and Marketing from June 2008 to December 2008. He began his professional journey at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Systems Engineer from June 2004 to March 2007.
