Haldiram’s has named Annu Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for International Business.
He announced the same in a recent LinkedIn post.
Gupta shared his excitement about building a world-class global brand after enjoying many great family meals at their iconic restaurants over the years.
Before joining Haldiram’s, Gupta spent over 13 years at Britannia Industries from late 2012 to early 2026. He most recently served there as the CEO of International Business, where he successfully grew revenues and set up new global manufacturing units.
Prior to his long run at Britannia Industries, he worked at TGI Nigeria as the National Head of Sales from 2011 to 2012. Before that, he expanded businesses across Africa and the Middle East as a Senior Manager for IFFCO.
Gupta also served as the Country Manager for the Watanmal Group in Ghana between 2005 and 2009. He also spent three successful years managing sales and iconic brands as a Senior Product Manager at Dabur India.
Gupta’s early career helped him build strong sales and distribution skills. This included time spent as a District Manager for Colgate Palmolive and an Area Manager at Asian Paints during the late 1990s and early 2000s.
