Reshmy Warrier has joined WPP Media (Mindshare – Team Unilever) as Head of Business Planning and Operations, where she will lead strategic transformation across advanced planning, strategic insights, product innovation, and automation for the Unilever portfolio. This marks her third stint with WPP Media and a return to Mindshare Fulcrum.
She announced her new role via LinkedIn.
Most recently, Warrier worked as an independent consultant Media, D2C, and Digital from March to Aug 2025.
Prior to that, she was Head – Global Content Strategy and Platform Operations at ZEE5 from May 2019 to Feb 2025.
From February 2011 to April 2019, she served as Head – Strategy and Programming English Business at Star TV.
Earlier in her career, Warrier held the role of Director – Client Leadership at Mindshare Jan 2008 – Feb 2011.
