Shemaroo Entertainment has launched Shemaroo Josh, a Hindi movie channel that marks the next phase in its broadcast journey.
Evolving from its earlier avatar as a youth entertainment channel, Chumbak TV now becomes Shemaroo Josh, a dedicated movie channel. With this move, Shemaroo enters India’s television movie segment, delivering films into homes across the country.
Movies have always been important to Indian audiences. From classics to today’s blockbusters, the nation continues to watch films. Shemaroo Josh offers a line-up spanning action, drama, romance, comedy, and larger-than-life stories. The channel’s library includes PK, Animal, Kantara, KGF, Bahubali, Waltair Veerayya, 12th Fail, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, providing daily movie programming.
Shemaroo Josh will be available on DD Free Dish, all leading DTH platforms, and cable networks, making movie content accessible nationwide.
