KRBL, the parent company of India Gate Basmati Rice, has strengthened its marketing team with the appointment of Prabhakar Jha and Kamal Kant Kanaujia as its new General Manager- Sales and Distribution and Deputy General Manager- Marketing, Deputy General Manager- Marketing, respectively.
As per the company, these strategic additions underscore KRBL’s commitment to strengthen its market position and drive innovation within the food industry.
Joining from Emami wherein he was serving the role of Deputy General Manager and Head of Sales- West Region for the past more than one year, Jha has worked with multiple renowned companies in the past including Abbott and Reckitt Benckiser.
In his new role at KRBL, he will be responsible for leading KRBL’s Sales and Distribution efforts across East and West India, including Nepal.
Similarly, joining him in the marketing team at KRBL is Kanaujia who was earlier associated with Reliance Retail as Chief Manager- Marketing (Consumer Brands) for the past two years. Before Reliance Retail, he also worked at Adani Wilmar, LT Foods and DS Group.
