Wit & Chai Group, a creative media agency with a growing presence in India and international markets, has closed its seed funding round at a valuation of Rs 40 crore. The round has seen participation from notable investors including Rohan Vijay Mantri, Promoter of Mantri Landmarks, Sanjay Katkar, MD of Quickheal Technologies, Monish Darda, CTO & Co-Founder of Icertis, and Satyen Patel, MD at Sahyadri Industries.
The agency has announced that the funds will be used to strengthen its operations across key markets. Wit & Chai has already expanded its Mumbai team, scaled its London office, and laid plans for a UAE presence. The company has also grown its workforce by 25–30% across direct and indirect roles to enhance its capacity to serve global clients.
Alongside geographic growth, the agency has diversified its services, offering tailored solutions for B2B SaaS companies and large enterprises. The focus has been on creating integrated brand experiences that connect digital and physical platforms.
Wit & Chai has also invested in acquisitions and proprietary intellectual property, including Microdrama content formats and AI-driven creative tools. These initiatives have been aimed at redefining how brands engage with audiences in a digital-first environment.
