Tenon Group has appointed Sanjay Baweja as Executive Director on its Board.
Baweja has brought over 35 years of experience across telecom, e-commerce, technology, renewable energy, and real estate. He has expertise in finance, strategy, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Tenon Group’s Board, Baweja has served as Managing Director and Global CEO of OnMobile Global. Earlier, he has held leadership roles including Group CFO at Flipkart, Global CFO at Tata Communications, CFO at Suzlon Energy, Group President – Strategic Initiatives at Bhartiya Group, and senior positions at Bharti Airtel and Emaar MGF.
In his new role, Baweja has been tasked with contributing to the Group’s strategic direction, governance framework, growth roadmap, and long-term value creation initiatives. The appointment has come as Tenon Group continues to expand its security services, facility management, remote monitoring, and software-led business operations across global markets.
