Snehashis Pan Joins Jabsons Foods As Chief Commercial Officer

Snehashis Pan has joined Jabsons Foods as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, he has been leading the company’s end-to-end commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth across general trade, modern trade, e-commerce, quick commerce, and alternate channels.

He has shared the update about his new role at Jabsons Foods through a post on LinkedIn.

Prior to this, Pan has been associated with Tata Consumer Products for over six years and nine months, where he has held multiple leadership roles. Since December 2024, he has served as SVP and Head Sales. From April 2023, he has worked as VP and Cluster Head based in Kolkata. Earlier, from August 2019 to March 2023, he has been Regional Sales Director in Kolkata.

Before Tata Consumer Products, he has worked at Ferrero as Regional Sales Manager from August 2018 to July 2019. He has also spent nearly three years at Britannia Industries as State Head from November 2015 to July 2018.

Pan has also had a long tenure at ITC spanning over nine years. From July 2015 to October 2015, he has served as Manager – Modern Trade in Hyderabad. Prior to that, from April 2012 to June 2015, he has worked as Manager – Foods Division in West Bengal. Between April 2010 and April 2012, he has been Category Development Manager (Personal Care), leading category strategy and national-level planning. He has started his journey at ITC as Area Manager from July 2006 to April 2010, handling markets across Kolkata, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh.

Before that he worked at Unilever as Territory Sales Manager from January 2004 to June 2006, where he has managed sales operations across Kolkata and Bihar, building early expertise in distribution and market expansion.
