Shreya Sharma Promoted To Associate Vice President At Paytm Ads

Shreya Sharma has been promoted to Associate Vice President at Paytm Ads. She has been with the company for over three years, most recently serving as General Manager since April 2023, where she led the BFSI vertical for monetisation—working with payment aggregators, lending firms, and insurance players. Before that, she was Business & Growth Head from April 2022 to May 2023.

She announced this promotion on LinkedIn.

She joined Paytm after a nearly two-year stint at Flipkart from June 2020 to April 2022, where she was Attach Insurance Category Head as part of the Flipkart Payments Group.

Before Flipkart, Sharma spent over a year and a half at Acko across two roles—first as Senior Manager – Strategic Alliances & Partnerships in Mumbai from December 2018 to January 2020to May 2020, then as Deputy General Manager – Partnerships & Product Manager in Bengaluru January 2020 to May 2020. She worked on insurer partnerships, standalone health and life products, and led key product initiatives.

She was earlier with Vodafone for three and a half years, holding multiple roles. From July 2016 to November 2018, she was Insights Manager on the brand team, handling research for rural segmentation, subscriber targeting, and career compass tools. Before that, she was Analytics Manager from July to December 2016, working on churn models, recharge prediction tools, and 4G customer targeting across 23 telecom circles.
