Instamart has appointed Nandita Sinha as its Chief Executive Officer, effective August 3, 2026. She has succeeded Amitesh Jha, who has led the quick commerce platform through its recent growth phase.
Before joining Instamart, Sinha has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Myntra, where she has led the fashion e-commerce platform to become one of India’s largest players in the category. During her tenure, the company has achieved EBITDA profitability in 2024 while continuing to expand its market share.
With more than 20 years of experience, Sinha has held leadership roles at Flipkart, Britannia and Hindustan Unilever. She has worked across the fashion, e-commerce and FMCG sectors.
At Instamart, she has been entrusted with leading the company’s next phase of growth. She has been expected to build on the platform’s assortment strategy, customer focus, profitability improvements and operational capabilities.
