Ritika Gupta has joined VIPShaadi, part of Shaadi.com, as Director of Marketing. In her new role, she has been responsible for leading marketing strategy, driving growth initiatives, and strengthening the brand’s positioning as the premium matchmaking platform in an evolving category.
She has announced her appointment through a LinkedIn post.
Prior to this, Gupta has served as Associate Director – Growth and Marketing at StayVista from September 2019 to January 2026, after initially joining the company as Senior Manager – Growth and Marketing from October 2019 to August 2022.
Before StayVista, she has worked at Kalkifashion.com for over eight years, from October 2011 to October 2019, where she held the role of Executive Director and Director, leading brand strategy, digital marketing, merchandising, and sales operations.
Earlier, she has been Director at GSB Securities from December 2009 to October 2011, focusing on business development and institutional equity sales, and before that she was working at Edelweiss Financial Services as an Institutional Equity Sales Executive from July 2008 to May 2009.
