Reliance Retail Appoints Kaveri Nag As Head Of Marketing

Kaveri Nag has been appointed Head of Marketing at Reliance Retail, effective September 2025. She was previously Head of Marketing and Public Relations at United Colors of Benetton India from September 2022 to September 2025.

Before Benetton, Nag led marketing at MINI for BMW India from April 2019 to September 2022, where she oversaw comprehensive marketing and communications initiatives, mapping the customer journey to enhance brand resonance and equity. She also served as Chief Growth Officer at Dreamz Unwired from August 2018 to April 2019, contributing to product ideation and the Rent Ready Program targeted at NRI-owned homes.

Her earlier roles include Marketing Communications Manager at BMW India from January 2011 to November 2011, Head of Marketing at Natuzzi India from January 2010 to December 2010, and Marketing Manager at Marks and Spencer Reliance India Private Limited from November 2008 to January 2010.

She began her career in brand communications and advertising, serving as Brand Communications Manager at Benetton Group from March 2005 to October 2008, Senior Account Executive at Ogilvy from February 2004 to February 2005, and Project Manager at McCann Erickson from March 2002 to February 2004, where she handled operational aspects of advertising and product launches for brands like Gillette, Nescafe, and Ranbaxy.
