Rebel Foods, through its brand growth platform Rebel Launcher, has partnered with fast-growing food brand Easybites to support its expansion across key markets in India. As part of this strategic collaboration, Easybites is currently live across 10 Rebel Foods cloud kitchens in Bengaluru & Hyderabad, with plans to scale into additional cities like Chennai and more locations in the coming months. The partnership underscores Rebel Launcher’s mission to enable emerging and established restaurant brands to scale efficiently across geographies by leveraging Rebel Foods’ internet kitchen infrastructure, proprietary technology, and end-to-end operational capabilities.

Easybites, known for its focused menu of fried chicken, burgers and wraps, has built strong consumer traction by delivering flavour-forward comfort food designed for consistency and delivery-led consumption. Through Rebel Launcher, the brand is able to enter new markets faster, serve multiple neighbourhoods within a city from day one, and optimise performance using data-led insights while maintaining quality and brand integrity.

Rebel Launcher is designed to help partner brands scale with lower capex, faster go-to-market timelines and access to Rebel Foods’ extensive cloud kitchen network, shared supply chain and technology-led operating systems. The platform enables brands to focus on food and brand-building, while Rebel manages infrastructure, operations and scalability.

The partnership with Easybites further strengthens Rebel Launcher’s growing portfolio of partner brands and reinforces its position as a preferred growth platform for restaurant brands navigating India’s evolving food delivery landscape.

In addition to Easybites, Rebel Launcher has onboarded a diverse portfolio of iconic and high-potential restaurant brands across cuisines and formats, including Natural’s Ice Cream, ITC, Tacobell, WOW! Momo, Biryani Blues, SMOOR, Parsi Dairy Farms, Daryaganj, Harley’s Fine Baking, The Gourmet Baklava, Chaipoint, Anand Sweets & Savouries, Go-Zero and many more. Through these partnerships, Rebel Launcher continues to enable brands to unlock rapid, multi-city expansion while benefiting from shared infrastructure, technology, supply chain efficiencies and consumer insights.

“Rebel Launcher reflects our commitment to building a collaborative growth ecosystem for food brands. By partnering with brands like Easybites, we aim to help them scale across geographies efficiently while leveraging Rebel Foods’ infrastructure, technology and deep operational expertise,” said Ankur Sharma, Co-founder at Rebel Foods.

“Rebel Launcher has been a strong growth partner for Easybites, assisting us in scaling faster and more efficiently across the Southern market. Launching in new cities through the Rebel Launcher platform gives us the chance to understand each market deeper and serve more locations per city from day one, taking our craveable food to more people. We see this as a long term strategic alliance, and we are excited to open more locations with Rebel across the country,” said Masoud Mohamed, CEO, Easybites.
