Raymond Lifestyle Elevates CEO Satyaki Ghosh As Whole-time Director

Raymond Lifestyle Elevates CEO Satyaki Ghosh As Whole-time Director

Raymond Lifestyle has elevated Satyaki Ghosh as Whole-time Director, expanding his leadership responsibilities at the company after his recent appointment as Chief Executive Officer.

Ghosh has been serving as CEO of Raymond Lifestyle since January 2026. Prior to joining the company, he spent over nine years with Aditya Birla Group across multiple leadership roles within Grasim’s textiles and yarn businesses.

Most recently, he was CEO – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn, Grasim from December 2024 to January 2026. Before that, he served as CEO – Domestic Textiles, Grasim between May 2020 and November 2024, and earlier held the role of CEO – Domestic Textiles & Thai Acrylic Fibre from November 2017 to May 2020. He initially joined the group as CEO – Domestic Textiles in December 2016, a position he held until October 2017.

Before Aditya Birla Group, Ghosh spent nearly eight years at L’Oréal between January 2009 and November 2016. During his tenure, he served as General Manager – Sales from January 2009 to December 2011, Director – Consumer Product Division from January 2012 to July 2016, and briefly as Global Sales Director – Emerging Markets from August 2016 to November 2016.

Earlier in his career, Ghosh worked as Vice President at Spencer’s Retail from August 2006 to December 2008, following a five-year stint as Vice President at PepsiCo between May 2001 and August 2006.

With leadership experience spanning textiles, FMCG, retail and consumer goods, Ghosh’s elevation comes as Raymond Lifestyle continues to strengthen its leadership team and scale its growth ambitions in the lifestyle and apparel market.
